Please read carefully before completing. The submission of this booking  form is confirmation of your acceptance of the following.

To confirm a booking we must be in receipt of both completed booking form and a £50 deposit. Once received we will mail you a booking confirmation.

Trials are available Mon-Fri 9.30-5.30. It can take up to two hours so please ensure to leave adequate time. Punctuality is vital as appointments can not run over the allocated 2 hour slot. In the circumstance that you may be running late it will eat into your own time so as not to disadvantage other customers.

In the event of changes to a booking or a cancellation, this must be confirmed as received by us in writing.

Changes or cancellations made within 60 days of the wedding date are liable for full payment of the original booking. This includes a decline in numbers of those needing styled.

In the unlikely circumstance which we are unable to fulfil a booking ( death/ illness ) you will receive a refund of any monies paid and where possible we will refer you to an alternate stylist.

Abuse of both physical and mental nature against your stylist will not be tolerated in any circumstances. Any case wherein the stylist deems a clients behaviour inappropriate will result in the contract being terminated with no refunds of monies paid.
